Tuition Fees and Refund Policy

All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment or if the applicant requests a refund within thee business days after signing a contract with the school. An application fee, of not more than $25.00, will be retained if the application is denied for any reason. All refunds shall be returned within 30 business days after the request is made.

Tuition and fees ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 3 days after signing a contract with the school.

Student Policies

The Davis Training Institute Certified Nursing Assistant Program consists of 75.5 hours of instruction, labratory, and clinical sessions. You must attend ALL training sessions in order to complete the program and recieve a certificate of completion.

Students must purchase and wear royal blue scrub top and scrub bottom, mostly white athletic shoes (no clogs), and a watch with a second hand to ALL training sessions.

All students are required to have an up-to-date Tuberculosis (TB) test prior to the start of the course. If you are unsure how to obtain these please give us a call.

Student Agreements

By registering for a course at the Davis Training Institute you are authorizing the Davis Training Institute to utilize your name, maiden name or previously used name, birthdate, gender, driver’s license number, and state license issued date for the sole purpose of obtaining a background screening.

By registering for any course at the Davis Training Institute you are certifying that the provided information is correct and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
